We enjoyed a nice lunch here. The restaurant was quaint, very clean, prompt and friendly service. The price point was reasonable and they had daily specials to select from as well. There was indoor and outdoor seating available. Parking available on site.

Probably, but you should just call and ask. They will need to know headcount, menu, date, location, and your budget...

They do not have a policy against animals that I'm aware of, however department of health will not allow non-service dogs inside the building due to serving food. They do have patio seating that I cannot foresee being an issue.
